A confidential social & peer support group for men who are gay, bisexual or exploring their sexuality. It is a space where you will meet other men who might be in a similar situation to yourself and you can share experiences and make new friends. TimeOut meets every Tuesday evening in a safe, discrete venue in Norwich. Offers free condoms & lube, information, workshops and training, gay press, library and referrals to other services.

Women On Women (WoW)
A social ‘drop-in’ voluntarily run by local women on Saturdays for befriending and support. WoW provides a safe and welcoming space for women of all ages and backgrounds to meet.

Community based HIV prevention & sexual health promotion services, for gay men, bisexual men and other men who have sex with men. Confidential services, according to locally assessed needs, include free condoms & lubricant, magazines, newsletters, information and resources on all aspects of HIV and sexual health. Free condom ordering service via the post or internet, outreach work, peer support groups (TimeOut) and liaison with and referral to other services.
